Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 large peanuts with shell
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • e.g. blueberries
  • possibly linseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, shell the peanuts and halve the kernels. Then, place the quark in a bowl and mix with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the prepared peanuts and stir in. To serve, scatter the blueberries and flaxseed over the quark.
