Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
light dough and crispy crumbles, makes 12 pieces
For the batter, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar, then add the two eggs and mix. Then add the flour, baking powder, and milk. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Fold them into the batter. Then fill the batter into the holes of a 12-hole muffin tin (I recommend paper baking cups). To prepare the crumble, knead the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and cinnamon and spread it on the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approx. 20-25 minutes. The muffins will rise beautifully, smell delicious, and taste just as good! This recipe can also be baked as a cake in a springform pan. In this case, the baking time is approx. 45 minutes.
