Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 50 g potato flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 180 g butter, soft
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 3 large apples
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- Butter for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
First, beat the eggs and sugar in a food processor until frothy. Meanwhile, grate the apples (with or without skin, depending on your taste) into a separate bowl. To prevent the apples from browning too much, you can sprinkle them with lemon juice every now and then. Then, add the grated apples to the egg and sugar mixture and stir briefly. Now, add the softened butter and stir for about 3 minutes. Combine the flour, baking powder, and potato flour and slowly mix with the other ingredients. While the batter is stirring, grease the tin with butter. Toss breadcrumbs in the tin to make it easier to remove the cake. Now, pour the finished batter into the tin and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 75 minutes.
