  • 250 g Chorizo ​​sausage
  • 40 g Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 500 g Savoy
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 piece Ginger, chopped the size of a walnut

  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1200 ml Meatsoup
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  1. Peel and dice the onions and ginger. Peel the sausage and cut into slices. To dice tomatoes. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Wash the savoy cabbage, cut out the stalk in a wedge shape and cut the leaves into strips. Heat the oil, sauté the onions and ginger in it. Add carrots and sausage and fry briefly. Mix in the savoy cabbage, leek and tomatoes. Pour in the broth, add the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes. Put the beans in a sieve, rinse with cold water, drain and add to the stew about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season the stew to taste again and serve with chopped parsley.
