Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of muesli (5-grain flakes)
  • ¼ cup almond flakes
  • ¼ cup peanuts, approx. 50 g
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp puffed amaranth
  • 5 tbsp sultanas
  • 5 tbsp dates
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The cup used as a measuring cup holds approximately 200 ml. Pit the dates and cut into small pieces. Place the muesli mix, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, amaranth, sultanas, and dates in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and salt and mix well. Melt the coconut oil, almond butter, and honey/maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat and mix well. Add the liquid coconut-almond butter mixture to the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then spread the muesli mix on a baking sheet. Bake the muesli mix in a preheated oven at 100°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow everything to cool completely. The muesli tastes delicious with yogurt and fresh fruit.
