Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 240 g butter
- 390 g brown sugar
- 8 eggs
- 120 g flour
- e.g. ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Chocolate brownies
Melt 250g of chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks and 350g of sugar until frothy. Beat the egg whites with 40g of sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolk mixture and the chocolate-butter mixture, then add the flour and finally the beaten egg whites. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour in the batter. Grate the remaining chocolate and sprinkle over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
