Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 shot of coffee cream
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
Boil the eggs. Make a sauce with the mayonnaise and coffee cream. Not too thick, not too thin. I always do it by taste. Season with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the diced or sticky eggs. Let it sit for a few hours. It’s a savory egg salad, but I always eat it all first thing.
