Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 250 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Butter, in flakes
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until almost al dente. Chop the peeled tomatoes, return them to the juice, and season generously with the seasoning. Place 1/3 of the pasta in a baking dish (oiled if desired), top with half of the tomatoes, then half of the diced ham. Add a second layer of pasta, top with the remaining tomatoes and the diced ham. Finish with the last third of the pasta. Mix the cheeses and sprinkle over the pasta. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
