Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pinch vanilla (bourbon vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 6 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 tbsp semolina (whole wheat semolina)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the cream and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the vanilla and raw cane sugar and simmer for about 1 minute. Strain the raspberries through a sieve, stir in, and bring back to a boil briefly. Meanwhile, combine the semolina and cornstarch with a little water until smooth, add to the saucepan, and stir with a whisk. Let stand over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Rinse the pudding molds with cold water, fill with the Flammeri, and let cool.
