Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g sauerkraut
  • 200 g apples
  • 200 g gherkins
  • 200 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Chop the sauerkraut into small pieces, peel and grate the apples thinly, and dice the gherkins. Mix all ingredients with the yogurt.
