Tomato mozzarella casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and layer them in a baking dish. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic, then mix with salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil to make a marinade. Pour over the tomatoes. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
