  • 1 pack Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 1 pack Mozarella balls
  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Spring onion
  1. First the potatoes need to be cooked. To do this, simply add a little salt to the water and cook the potatoes until soft.
  2. In parallel we prepare the meatballs. To do this, cut the toast into cubes and add some milk in a bowl so that the toast can soak up. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and then mix well with the soaked toast and the two eggs.
