Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 100 g sweet mustard
- 1 tsp tarragon, freshly chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it in a pan with oil over medium heat until translucent. Let it cool. Cream the butter until soft, then stir in the mustard and onion. Finely chop the tarragon, stir it into the mustard butter, and season with salt and pepper. Tip: Delicious with fried or grilled steaks.
