Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • some soup vegetables (frozen)
  • 2 slices of salami (cervelat)
  • 1 slice(s) cheese of your choice
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Briefly whisk the eggs with water, salt, and pepper using a fork. Cook the vegetables until cooked through. Cut the sausage and cheese into pieces. Stir the vegetables into the egg mixture and pour into a pan with a little hot oil. Before the eggs set, spread the sausage and cheese over the omelet and cook until set.
