Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Place the minced pork (W) in a bowl and knead in the quark (H) with a fork. Then knead the paprika powder (F), the beaten egg (E), pepper, curry powder, nutmeg (M), salt (W), and tomato paste (H) into the minced meat mixture. Form 12 meatballs from the minced meat mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for 15 minutes. Turn the meatballs over and bake for another 5 minutes. The meatballs are delicious hot as a main meal or cold at a buffet. Suitable side dishes include boiled, jacket, or mashed potatoes and salad or vegetables. In five-element cuisine, foods are assigned to the five elements: fire (F), earth (E), metal (M), water (W), and wood (H). For digestibility, the ingredients are processed in this order.
