Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 tbsp flakes, (5-grain flakes)
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chestnuts, pureed, frozen or from a tube
- 2 dl milk (oat milk), alternatively regular milk
- 150 ml yogurt (natural soy yogurt)
- 1 handful of blue grapes
- 1 handful of white grapes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
SiS-compatible
Mix the chestnut mixture with the oat milk thoroughly. Stir in the flakes, bran, flaxseed, and soy yogurt and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, halve and deseed the grapes, then fold them into the muesli.
