Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar or mild vinegar
  • 75 ml oil, neutral
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and easy

Make a spicy vegetable broth from water and the vegetable broth powder and let it cool. I like to heat the water in a ceramic mug in the microwave for about a minute on high (it’s the quickest way), stir in the powder, and place it in the refrigerator to cool. Then combine it with the remaining ingredients in a glass container with a screw lid or a shaker, season with salt and pepper, and shake vigorously until the sauce is nice and creamy. If you’re serving the salad as a main course, this amount is enough for two people.
