Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml broth
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the broth to a boil, remove from the heat, and stir in the parsley. Then add the breadcrumbs and stir well. The mixture should form a stiff dough, with all the liquid absorbed by the breadcrumbs. Then knead in the egg. If the dough is still too soft, stir in a little more breadcrumbs. Form this mixture into dumplings about 2 cm in size. These can be used in any soup you like and should only be left to simmer in the soup until they float to the surface.
