Peach and berry smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 handful of currants, red
  • 1 ½ handfuls of raspberries
  • 4 peach(s), ripe, or which can be picked
  • ½ cup natural yogurt
  • ml milk
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar (cinnamon sugar)
  • some mint, to garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fresh and delicious variation of my basic smoothie recipe!

Peel and quarter the peaches, then place them in a tall container. Add the raspberries, currants, half of the milk, and the natural yogurt, and gently blend with a hand blender. Once the ingredients have blended into a puree, add the remaining milk and blend thoroughly. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to taste, stir in, and divide among four glasses. Garnish each with a small sprig of fresh mint and serve. It also tastes great with many other fruits. Give it a try.
