Delicious strawberry-raspberry lemonade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 raspberries
  • 4 dashes of lemon juice
  • 4 dashes of sweetener or 4 heaped tsp sugar
  • 1 liter medium mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the raspberries and strawberries with a little water using a hand blender or a regular blender. Frozen fruit can also be pureed into a kind of ice cream. Mix the mixture with 4 dashes of lemon juice and 4 dashes of sweetener, or sugar if you don’t have any. Top up the mixture with mineral water. If necessary, divide the mixture into 2 spoons per 200 ml glass and top up with mineral water. Mix the puree with the mineral water before drinking. Enjoy cold! Decorate the glass with a straw and fruit, if desired.
