Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ice cubes
  • 125 ml tonic water
  • 1 espresso

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

A refreshing summer drink

Place ice cubes in a glass. Pour tonic water over the ice cubes. Slowly pour the hot espresso in from the top, then the two liquids separate, creating a very cool look.
