like a Russian cake, but with a smiley face and less sweet

Mix and knead the dough ingredients. Set half of the dough aside. Spread the remaining dough thinly into a greased springform pan and form a rim approximately 3 cm high. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). For the filling, beat the eggs, sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the low-fat quark and vanilla pudding powder. Pour the filling onto the dough base. From the remaining dough, form three balls for the eyes and nose, and a sausage for the mouth. Place the dough pieces into the filling so that they rest on the base to form a face (smiley face). Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes on the middle rack. Then bake the cake for another 10 minutes, covered (e.g., with another baking sheet) to prevent the filling from overbrowning.
