Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g ladyfingers
  • ½ cup of coffee, strong cold
  • 350 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor (no cooking)
  • 250 g low-fat cream cheese
  • Orange liqueur to taste
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Place the sponge fingers side by side in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with the coffee and, if desired, orange liqueur. Pour the milk into a tall, narrow mixing bowl, add the custard powder, and mix with a hand mixer on the lowest speed. Beat the mixture on the highest speed for about 1 minute until creamy. Then stir in the cream cheese. Spread the cream over the soaked sponge fingers, smooth it out, and refrigerate the dessert for about 1 1/2 hours. Sift the cocoa powder over the top to serve. This dessert has 214 kcal per person, 4.4 g fat, and 18.5% fat calories.
