Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g leek
  • 500 g potatoes
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) allspice
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 150 g cheese (Brie)

quick and hearty

Halve the leek lengthwise, wash thoroughly, and cut into strips approximately 1 cm wide. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Stir-fry the leek for 2 minutes over high heat, then continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, thinly slice the potatoes and mix them with the leek. Season with salt, nutmeg, and allspice, and stir-fry briefly over high heat. Add the milk and cream, cover, and simmer over low heat until the potatoes are tender. Before serving, thinly slice the cheese, distribute it evenly over the vegetables, and let it melt briefly with the lid closed.
