Dessert: Apricot Dessert
The perfect dessert: apricot dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Cream cheese, natural – homemade
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 ml Lemon juice
- 6 piece Apricots
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 tablespoon Chocolate biscuit crumbs
- 4 teaspoon Chocolate shavings
- 4 piece Mint leaves
- 4 piece Chocolate leaves
- Core the apricots, cook with sugar until soft and puree. Save one half for the garnish.
- Mix the mascarpone with the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. If the mixture is too tough, a little milk can be added.
- Now layer them one after the other in a dessert glass. Apricot puree – biscuit crumbs – chocolate shavings – mascarpone cream – apricot puree – sponge crumbs – chocolate shavings – mascarpone mousse.
- Chill the dessert. For the garnish, cut half the apricot into thin wedges and “prettify” the dessert with the mint leaves and the chocolate leaves.
