Dessert: Balsamic Plums with Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Fresh plums
  • 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
  • 0,5 piece Grated tonka beans
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic cream
  • 2 Bullets Cinnamon ice cream
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Core and quarter the plums. Steam together with sugar and tonka bean zest WITHOUT adding water until soft.
  • Let it cool down and mix it with the balsamic cream.
  • Put the compote in a dessert bowl, add a scoop of ice cream, e.g. from imhbach Dessert - place cinnamon ice cream a’la Manfred, vanilla ice cream or another ice cream on top and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
