Dessert: Balsamic Plums with Ice Cream
The perfect dessert: balsamic plums with ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh plums
- 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
- 0,5 piece Grated tonka bean
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic cream
- 2 Bullets Cinnamon ice cream e.g. http://www./rezept/429864/Dessert-Zimteis-a-la-Manfr
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
- Core and quarter the plums. Steam together with sugar and tonka bean zest WITHOUT adding water until soft.
- Let it cool down and mix it with the balsamic cream.
- Put the compote in a dessert bowl, add a scoop of ice cream, e.g. from imhbach Dessert – place cinnamon ice cream a’la Manfred, vanilla ice cream or another ice cream on top and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
