Ingredients
- 250 g Fresh plums
- 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
- 0,5 piece Grated tonka beans
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic cream
- 2 Bullets Cinnamon ice cream
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Core and quarter the plums. Steam together with sugar and tonka bean zest WITHOUT adding water until soft.
- Let it cool down and mix it with the balsamic cream.
- Put the compote in a dessert bowl, add a scoop of ice cream, e.g. from imhbach Dessert - place cinnamon ice cream a’la Manfred, vanilla ice cream or another ice cream on top and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
