Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ liter cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cl eggnog
  • 1 piece(s) of chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree the bananas and mix well with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, sugar, egg yolks, and egg liqueur. Whip the cream and egg whites separately until stiff peaks form. Carefully stir in both, one at a time. Decorate with chocolate coating. Refrigerate the banana snow until ready to serve.
