Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vanilla or strawberry pudding
  • 1 packet Green jelly
  • 1 packet Vanilla sauce finished product

Instructions

  • This is traditionally served as a dessert at Easter. Cook the pudding according to the instructions and fill it into glasses that have an egg-like shape (heirloom from my mother-in-law) and let them cool down. Boil the jelly, fill it in a bowl and let it cool down too.
  • Turn the pudding out of the molds onto dessert bowls, chop up the jelly on a plate with a knife and then decorate as "grass" around the "eggs". Serve with vanilla sauce.
