Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g nectarine(s)
- 2 tbsp eggnog
- 150 g yogurt (3.5%)
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tsp honey
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the pits, and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a small bowl and mix with the eggnog. Mix the yogurt and sour cream. Add honey and cinnamon to taste. Layer the cream first, then the nectarine cubes, then the cream again, and then the remaining nectarine cubes with the juice on top in two glasses.
