Fluffy Waffles …
The perfect fluffy waffles … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Butter
- 170 g Xylitol or table sugar
- 1 Pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 300 g Self-Raising flour (own compilation)
- 200 ml Sparkling water
- Make a creamy batter out of butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
- Gradually stir in the self-raising flour alternately with the mineral water.
- Bake delicious waffles from the batter in a waffle iron. I like them light, my sweetheart rather dark.
- Serve with homemade ice cream, homemade strawberry jam and a mint leaf. Good Appetite.
