Dessert À La Mangue

  • 2 Ripe mangoes
  • 1 Fresh lime
  • 150 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 30 g Powdered sugar
  • 145 g Natural yoghurt
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut milk
  1. Halve the magos and puree the pulp in a bowl. Add lime juice and mix well.
  1. Mix the crème fraîche and powdered sugar.
  1. Mix the cream and the mashed mango and add the yogurt and coconut milk. Mix well.
