Dessert made from quark with apple sauce and cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 small jar applesauce
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark and applesauce. Whisk the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Carefully fold into the apple quark. Mix the sugar and cinnamon (amounts as above, or to taste) and sprinkle over the quark dish. Those who don’t like it too sweet can use just cinnamon.
