Dessert: Melon Quark
The perfect dessert: melon quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 150 ml Cream 30% fat
- 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 0,25 piece Charantais melons
- 3 sheet Gelatin white
- 3 sheet Dark chocolate sprinkles
- Remove the peel and seeds from the melon and cut into small pieces, then puree
- Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell and dissolve over a low heat.
- Whip the cream and mix with the quark, honey and melon puree.
- Before the dissolved gelatine is added to the mixture, mix two tablespoons of it with the gelatine. This way, there are no lumps and it is easier to stir.
- Spread the mixture on dessert bowls or glasses and chill for three hours. Decorate with a melon wedge and a few chocolate sprinkles.
