Dessert: Melon Quark

The perfect dessert: melon quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 150 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 0,25 piece Charantais melons
  • 3 sheet Gelatin white
  • 3 sheet Dark chocolate sprinkles
  1. Remove the peel and seeds from the melon and cut into small pieces, then puree
  2. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell and dissolve over a low heat.
  3. Whip the cream and mix with the quark, honey and melon puree.
  4. Before the dissolved gelatine is added to the mixture, mix two tablespoons of it with the gelatine. This way, there are no lumps and it is easier to stir.
  5. Spread the mixture on dessert bowls or glasses and chill for three hours. Decorate with a melon wedge and a few chocolate sprinkles.
