Ingredients
- 6 piece Roughly crumbled ladyfingers
- 250 g Quark
- 2 tablespoon Orange Curd *
- 3 cl Grand Marnier
- Decoration
Instructions
- Put half of the coarse biscuit crumbs in a glass and soak them with a little Grand Marnier.
- Mix the quark with the orange curd and distribute two thirds on the biscuit.
- Put the rest of the crumbs on the quark, soak them again and top with quark cream.
- Garnish the dessert as you wish.
