Ingredients

coconut balls

  • 300 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 900 g Milk cream
  • 100 g Milk powder
  • 300 g Coconut flour
  • 100 g Coconut flakes
  • 5 Green seedless grapes

Fruit salad

  • 2 Papaya
  • 2 Oranges
  • 0,25 Pineapple
  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1 Star fruit
  • 5 Passion fruit / maracuja

Instructions

coconut balls

  • Mix coconut flour and milk powder in a small bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the milk cream (Creme de Leite) and a teaspoon of the sweetened condensed milk (Doce de Leite) and mix to a sticky, semi-solid mass (so that you can form small balls). Add more flour as needed. Take a bunch of grapes and roll it in the mixture so that it forms the core of the ball. Then bread the ball with the coconut flakes, so that a nice coconut layer is created. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that they become a little firmer.

Fruit salad

  • Cut the fruit (except for the star fruit and the passion fruit) into bite-sized pieces. Mix 20 tablespoons of milk cream with 2 tablespoons of the condensed milk in a small bowl. Fill fruit into dessert bowls. Mix another 1 teaspoon of condensed milk with the fruit per bowl. Then spread the cream on top. Place a coconut ball on the cream and drizzle the passion fruit extract around the ball. Place a thin slice of the star fruit in the cream. Garnish with a few coconut flakes.
