Dessert: Raspberry Quark with Coconut Flakes
The perfect dessert: raspberry quark with coconut flakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh milk
join in
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 100 g Raspberries
decoration
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- Mix the quark with the oil and milk well, fold in the syrup, puree the raspberries beforehand and stir in, everything should be nice and creamy.
Serving …
- 2 …. in bowls and sprinkle with the coconut flakes … then just feast 🙂
