Quick Raspberry Quark Dessert

The perfect quick raspberry quark dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 ml Milk 3.5% fat
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker Quarkfein Stracciatella
  • 250 g Quark 40%
  • 50 Raspberries Tk
  1. Make the quark fine according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool for about 1 hour. In the meantime, let the raspberries thaw
  2. Pour the cream into 2 dessert glasses. In between a layer of raspberries, then cream again. Finish with raspberries. Chill until ready to serve.
