Quick Raspberry Quark Dessert

- 150 ml Milk 3.5% fat
- 1 packet Dr. Oetker Quarkfein Stracciatella
- 250 g Quark 40%
- 50 Raspberries Tk
- Make the quark fine according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool for about 1 hour. In the meantime, let the raspberries thaw
- Pour the cream into 2 dessert glasses. In between a layer of raspberries, then cream again. Finish with raspberries. Chill until ready to serve.
