Dessert: Ricotta and Passion Fruit Dish

  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 sheet Gelatin
  • 200 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 2 El Cointreau
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 just Vanilla flavor
  1. Let the sugar caramelize in a saucepan, deglaze the juice and the wine and reduce to 1/3. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, let it cool down a little, add the gelatine and vanilla, then stir in the ricotta. Add the Cointreau and stir well.
  3. When everything starts to gel a little, then fold in the whipped cream and chill.
