Ingredients
- 2 leaf Gelatin white
- 75 g Sour cream
- 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur
- 0,5 Persimmon fresh
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Powdered sugar
- 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur
Instructions
- Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the orange liqueur.
- Squeeze out the gelatine well, dissolve it and stir into the mixture. Divide into two dessert glasses and chill for an hour.
- Peel the persimmon. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Coarsely puree with powdered sugar and liqueur. Divide between the two glasses (or serve with it).
