Sour Cream Dessert with Persimmon Sauce …

The perfect sour cream dessert with persimmon sauce … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 leaf Gelatin white
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur
  • 0,5 Persimmon fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Powdered sugar
  • 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur
  1. Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the orange liqueur.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine well, dissolve it and stir into the mixture. Divide into two dessert glasses and chill for an hour.
  3. Peel the persimmon. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Coarsely puree with powdered sugar and liqueur. Divide between the two glasses (or serve with it).
