Ingredients
 

  • 2 leaf Gelatin white
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur
  • 0,5 Persimmon fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Powdered sugar
  • 2 Centiliters Orange liqueur

Instructions
 

  • Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the orange liqueur.
  • Squeeze out the gelatine well, dissolve it and stir into the mixture. Divide into two dessert glasses and chill for an hour.
  • Peel the persimmon. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Coarsely puree with powdered sugar and liqueur. Divide between the two glasses (or serve with it).
