Starter: Onion Soup with Cream

- 1 g Fresh onion
- Or 2 small ones
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tbsp Flour
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 ml Milk
- Salt
- 50 ml Cream
- 0,5 tbsp Fresh coriander
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the onion.
- Scatter the flour on top, after about 1 minute pour in the stock and milk. Salt to taste.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the coriander into small pieces and add to the soup together with the cream. Turn off the stove and let the soup steep for a moment.
