Dessert: Strawberries on Yogurt

The perfect dessert: strawberries on yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Yogurt, I only took the normal one
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 El Black currants, but doesn’t have to be
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Fruit liquor, I had cactus liquor
  • 1 packet Instant gelatin
  • 2 Tl Lemon juice
  1. Wash and sort the strawberries and currants, chop them into small pieces
  2. Puree about 1/3 of the strawberries
  3. Beat the yogurt, sugar and liqueur until smooth. Add the strawberries and stir in the instant gelatine as instructed.
  4. Then put a little of the strawberry puree in a glass bowl. Top with the yogurt strawberry mixture and finish with the puree.
  5. Then place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
