Dessert: Strawberry and Coconut Cream
The perfect dessert: strawberry and coconut cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 200 g Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Agar Agar. Dry product
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Splash Lime juice
- 100 g Quark
- 100 ml Cream
- Desiccated coconut
- Wash the strawberries and then remove the greens. Puree 250g, cut the rest into small pieces.
- Put the strawberry puree and coconut milk in a small saucepan, stir in the agar agar, bring to the boil and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.
- Then stir in the lime juice and sugar. Let cool and stir in the quark.
- Whip the cream very stiff and stir into the cold strawberry cream. Also stir in chopped strawberries, some keep for decoration.
- Fill into dessert bowls or a large bowl. Then place in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
- Garnish with the retained strawberry pieces and desiccated coconut and serve.
