Dessert: Strawberry and Coconut Cream

The perfect dessert: strawberry and coconut cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Fresh strawberries
  • 200 g Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Agar Agar. Dry product
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Splash Lime juice
  • 100 g Quark
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Desiccated coconut
  1. Wash the strawberries and then remove the greens. Puree 250g, cut the rest into small pieces.
  2. Put the strawberry puree and coconut milk in a small saucepan, stir in the agar agar, bring to the boil and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.
  3. Then stir in the lime juice and sugar. Let cool and stir in the quark.
  4. Whip the cream very stiff and stir into the cold strawberry cream. Also stir in chopped strawberries, some keep for decoration.
  5. Fill into dessert bowls or a large bowl. Then place in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  6. Garnish with the retained strawberry pieces and desiccated coconut and serve.
