Strawberry – Witch Cream – Dessert

The perfect strawberry – witch cream – dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Strawberries cleaned and mashed
  • 8 El Sugar
  • 4 Fresh egg white
  • 1 Tl Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 6 lovely Strawberries as decoration
  • Chocolate shavings as a decoration
  1. Beat the egg whites, lemon juice and salt until stiff. Scatter the sugar in portions.
  2. Now carefully fold the strawberry purée under the egg whites.
  3. Likewise, fold the whipped cream into the strawberry cream and then distribute it in dessert glasses.
  4. Put the glasses in a cool place until just before serving and then decorate them with chocolate shavings and a strawberry
  5. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the strawberries (so always try how the strawberries are)
  6. Tip 6: The witch cream should not be prepared too long in advance!
