Ingredients
- 500 ml Cream
- 2 sheet Gelatin
- 1 hand Woodruff dried
- Woodruff syrup if required
- 30 g Sugar
Instructions
- Bring the cream with the sugar and woodruff to the boil and let it steep for half an hour, then sieve. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Add the squeezed gelatine to the cream and stir well.
- Add the woodruff syrup to taste. Fill into bowls and chill.
