Leberkäse Muffins
The perfect leberkäse muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Discs Meatloaf
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 St. Egg
- 200 ml Water
- 1 shot Mineral water
- 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter gefroren
- 4 St. Cocktail tomatoes
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
- Mix the flour, baking powder, egg, cream and water with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add herbs.
- Fry the meat loaf, cut into 12 pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into 3 thick slices each.
- Fill the muffin molds with half of the batter, top with the Leberkäse, then a tomato, then drizzle with a little olive oil and then top with the rest of the batter. Do this until everything is used up.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
