Ingredients
 

  • 3 slices Meatloaf
  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 shot Mineral water
  • 1 tbsp 8 herbs frozen
  • 4 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, egg, cream and water with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add herbs.
  • Fry the meat loaf, cut into 12 pieces.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 3 thick slices each.
  • Fill the muffin molds with half of the batter, top with the Leberkäse, then a tomato, then drizzle with a little olive oil and then top with the rest of the batter. Do this until everything is used up.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  • Are somehow not pretty, but delicious 🙂
