Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water
- ½ cucumber(s), organic
- 6 large strawberries
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 limes
Instructions

Slice the strawberries, cucumber, and limes. Leave the peel on. Place the fruit and vegetables in a pitcher along with the mint leaves. Fill the pitcher with water and refrigerate for at least an hour. Note: Whether you use still or sparkling water is up to you. I use still water because it’s easier to digest. Detox water is very healthy, stimulates fat burning, and is ideal for detoxification.
