Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 375 g sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g cocoa powder
- ¼ liter yogurt
- 5 tbsp milk
- 250 g flour
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Beat the margarine with the sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Stir in the flour sifted with the baking powder, cocoa powder, yogurt, and milk, and finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at medium heat for 50 minutes. Top with glaze or powdered sugar, if desired.
