Dewberry Metaxa Sauce

The perfect dewberry metaxa sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 ml Water
  • 250 ml Meatsoup
  • 50 ml Metaxa
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper White
  • 3 tsp Hot paprika powder, smoked
  • 2 Chilli flakes
  1. Bring the beef stock with water to a boil.
  2. Stir the flour into the cream and stir this mixture into the sweetness.
  3. At the end, refine with a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika powder, chilli flakes and the Metaxa! Best served with meat dishes. 😉
