Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g zucchini
  • 50 g Pepper (Peppadew) from the jar
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Zucchini-peppadew mixture with cream cheese, slightly spicy

Wash the zucchini and cut it, still with the skin, into small cubes (brunoise). Finely chop the Peppadew. Mix all ingredients. Pairs well with whole-grain bread.
