Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 pack of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 500 g wild rice
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Butter or soybean oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear in a pan with butter. Add the soy cream and bring to a boil over medium heat. Chop the dill and add it to the sauce along with the paprika. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water until tender. Add a generous squeeze of lemon juice to the sauce and season to taste. Serve the rice with the dill-roasted chicken. You can top it with grated Parmesan cheese.
